DynoConsole — Refund Policy

This Refund Policy describes the circumstances under which Serverless Creed ("ServerlessCreed", "we", "us", or "our") will refund payments made for the DynoConsole desktop application (the "Software").

This Policy supplements — and is incorporated by reference into — the DynoConsole Terms and Conditions (the "Terms"). Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings given in the Terms. In the event of any conflict between this Policy and Section 9 of the Terms, the Terms control.

For the avoidance of doubt: Serverless Creed is a sole proprietorship of which Mr. Vidit Jinesh Shah is the proprietor, operating under GSTIN 27FZZPS3310E1ZX, with principal place of business at Khetwadi-11, Mumbai, India.

2. Trials Are Free — No Refund Needed

2.1 ServerlessCreed offers a fourteen (14) day, fully-featured Trial of the Software so that you can evaluate it before paying anything. The Trial is machine-locked and cannot be reset by reinstallation.

2.2 No payment information is required to start a Trial. No charge is made during the Trial. Accordingly, there is nothing to refund.

2.3 If, at the end of the Trial, you purchase a Subscription or Lifetime License and the conversion was unintentional (for example, a duplicate purchase), contact us at vidit@serverlesscreed.com within seven (7) days and we will work with you in good faith — typically via the standard Subscription or Lifetime refund window described below.


3. Subscription Refunds (Monthly & Yearly)

3.1 14-Day Money-Back. You may request a full refund of your most recent Subscription payment by contacting vidit@serverlesscreed.com within fourteen (14) days of the date of that payment.

3.2 Scope. The refund covers the single most recent Subscription payment only. It does not apply to:

(a) historical payments made more than fourteen (14) days before the refund request; (b) prior renewals that you allowed to proceed without cancellation; (c) third-party fees (e.g., bank fees, payment-processor fees, currency-conversion fees, or card-network fees); or (d) any Trial (which is already free).

3.3 Effect. If a refund is issued, your Subscription is terminated as of the refund date, your License Key is deactivated, and your right to use the Software (including the Perpetual Fallback Version under Section 3.3 of the Terms, if previously vested) ends.

3.4 Renewals. Subscription renewals may be cancelled at any time through your Account, the in-app license menu, the customer portal provided by our payment processor, or by emailing vidit@serverlesscreed.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current Subscription Term. Cancellation alone is not a refund — to request a refund, you must email us within the fourteen-day window above.


4. Lifetime License Refunds

4.1 7-Day Money-Back. You may request a full refund of a Lifetime License by contacting vidit@serverlesscreed.com within seven (7) days of the date of purchase.

4.2 Outside the Window. Lifetime refunds requested outside the seven-day window are considered on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed. Where granted, such refunds may be partial.

4.3 Effect. If a Lifetime refund is issued, your Lifetime License is terminated as of the refund date, your License Key is deactivated, and your right to use the Software ends.


5. How to Request a Refund

5.1 Send an email to vidit@serverlesscreed.com from the email address associated with your Account, including:

5.2 We will respond within five (5) business days. Where the request meets the criteria of Sections 3 or 4, we will issue the refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, subject to your bank or card network.

5.3 We do not require you to provide a reason for a refund within the standard 14-day Subscription or 7-day Lifetime windows. Feedback is welcome but optional.


6. When Refunds Are Not Available

We will not issue a refund in the following circumstances:

6.1 Outside the applicable window. Subscription refund requests received more than 14 days after the most recent payment, or Lifetime refund requests received more than 7 days after purchase (subject to Section 4.2).

6.2 Termination for breach. Where your License has been terminated for material breach of the Terms or the EULA — including (without limitation) sharing your License Key, tampering with activation, exceeding the per-License device limit, or fraudulent use.

6.3 Fraud or abuse. Where there are reasonable indicia of fraud, abuse, or repeat refund-seeking conduct (for example, multiple Accounts, multiple Trials, or a pattern of buy-and-refund).

6.4 Third-party fees. Bank fees, currency-conversion fees, payment-processor fees, and card-network fees — these are charged by the third party and are not within our control.

6.5 Charges by AWS or other third parties. ServerlessCreed does not refund any charges incurred on your AWS account or any other third-party service in connection with your use of the Software. See Section 13 of the Terms.


7. Chargebacks

7.1 Please contact us first. We can almost always resolve a billing issue faster than your bank's dispute process. Email vidit@serverlesscreed.com before initiating a chargeback.

7.2 Effect of an undisputed chargeback. Initiating a chargeback through your bank or card network without first contacting support results in immediate License revocation under Section 22.4(d) of the Terms. Your License Key is deactivated and your Account may be closed.

7.3 Effect of a successful chargeback. Where a chargeback is sustained, the corresponding License is treated as refunded for purposes of Section 3.3 or 4.3 above, and access to the Software (including any Fallback Version) ends as of the date of the chargeback.


8. Statutory Rights

8.1 Where applicable consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction grants you refund rights that are longer than, or in addition to, those described in this Policy — including under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 of India, the EU Consumer Rights Directive, or other analogous legislation — those statutory rights remain unaffected and are in addition to this Policy.

8.2 Nothing in this Policy is intended to limit any liability or right that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded against a consumer.


9. Changes to this Policy

9.1 We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated as set out in Section 26 of the Terms. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this Policy indicates when it was most recently revised.

9.2 Refund requests are evaluated under the version of this Policy that was in effect at the time of the corresponding payment.
